During the process of the consulting services, we might require you to provide further information from your company, such as revenue level, financial information, and others that are expected to be used in the course of a normal consulting engagement. All information related to the business details of our customers is stored in a business file, which is not available across clients or consultants and it is handled one-on-one with our internal platform.
Usage Data: all provided information regarding the services we provide to the customers is stored in an internal record for case keeping and sequential follow-up of the business case, directly with the client. Internal human consultants have no access across clients, and the AI platform requires a one-on-one approach for the correct function of the insights provided, therefore, data is never shared across customers or consultants. Data might be used by the artificial intelligence to update the analysis of the client’s inputs to provide the services.
